My name is Cameron Coley-Smith, I’m based in Staffordshire in Great Britain, and I’m a self-taught painter and photographer.

I make work using a variety of mediums including oils and acrylics, as well as photography, and in written form, sometimes combining several to best express an artworks intention, with my photographic work looking closer at our relationship with the environment and each other in the context of a historical built environment.

Whilst I am entirely self-taught, my influences have been wide ranging, having enjoyed the work of painters such as Paul Cezane and David Hockney, printers such as Allan D’Arcangelo, and photographers such as Keith Karter, Sergio Larrain, and Jay Maisel.
